My role covered story planning, storyboard design, prompts, style control, iterations, and editing integration.
It demonstrates complex AIGC workflow coordination.

AIGC videos often suffer from character inconsistency, style drift, broken continuity, and weak alignment with the original story intent.
Without a clear process, projects can become a pile of generated assets instead of a coherent final piece.
Insight
What needs to be managed is not just the prompt, but the continuity across story, character, style, shots, and editing.
That is why the case focuses on the full chain from concept and storyboard to prompts and final assembly.

Started from story intent and mood so later generation would support a narrative instead of becoming disconnected visuals.
Translated the story into executable storyboards
The storyboard acted as both a visual plan and a consistency constraint for pace, characters, and shot relationships.
Built a style and prompt-control layer
Used style directions and prompt iterations to reduce drift and keep visual consistency across scenes.
Integrated generation with editing
Turned generated assets into material that could be edited into a coherent final film instead of isolated attractive frames.
